The Year was 1987..The Club as we used call it then "Mjini Posta" aka R.S.V.P the Days Freeman Mbowe was not in Politics yet, Till today I still think this was the best Nightclub Experience in Tanzania, It was arguably the first club to have superior sound system, disco lights and latest songs flown in weekly from London and the States. The Dj line-up was Sick Dj KALIKALI and Jerry Kotto aka Dj Bubu, The crowd was something else..Watoto wa Ilala Four-Ways, Holiday Brothers, Brother Richie Kifunta, My Upanga Brothers Black System lead by My boi Abbu Mahimbo (Homa ya Jiji) and Of course Charles Mbowe Playing Darts lol. If you did not experience this time you no nothing! #Truth
